"You don't rush a cup poured from a rakweh. You wait for it, and while you wait, you talk." , House saying, above the counter
A courtyard, a tree, and a coffee pot that never goes cold
The Olive Tree Café opened around a single idea: that a good coffeehouse should feel like someone's garden. We built the space beneath the branches of a decades-old olive tree, and the whole café grew outward from there , stone tables, low brass trays, and a menu rooted in Lebanese mountain tradition.
Everything is made in small batches through the day: coffee is ground to order, manakish is stretched and baked fresh each morning, and our knafeh comes out of the oven in short runs so it's never sitting around waiting for you.
- Locally roasted beans, ground fresh per order
- Saj bread baked in view of the courtyard
- Shaded seating under the original olive tree
